The villa can house a maximum of 8 persons. Price in Euros

Typically we rent the villa per week, any other requests are open to negotiation.
The rent price is exclusive energy costs, which will be calculated with the deposit after the rental period.
Deposite of 150 euro.
The price is inclusive:
- Cheff
- Housekeeping
- Gardener
- Security
- Helpdesk
- Use of bed linen
- Use of washing machine
- Film and book collection
Payment
With the booking there will be an advanced payment of 30% of the rent. Once the 30% is received your booking will be final. The rest of the rent, including a deposit of 150 Euros, will need to be paid one month before the rental date. Electricity and any damage will be subtracted from the deposit and will be returned to you after the rental period.
